Packaged plants are designed for places where a permanent concrete structure makes no sense: construction sites, mines, military facilities, disaster relief areas and seasonal tourism operations. All process equipment is assembled into a container or steel tank at the factory, shipped as one piece and commissioned shortly after power and water are connected. The first advantage of this approach is time: construction, curing and installation take months on a concrete plant, whereas a packaged system with site utilities ready is commissioned within days. On urgent needs and contracts with tight durations, that difference alone can decide. The second advantage is portability.
