DIFFUSER INSTALLATION

Aquaflex is not only manufacturing diffusers but also giving solution focused suggestions with our project and installation team. We can serve to our clients both in domestic and abroad as installation and supervisory
With our project team;

- To project the diffuser layout plan at aeration tank,
- To design and project up and down movable system where the critical importance of emptying the aeration tank,
- To select the appropriate pipe type and attachments according to water or waste water processes,
- To choose the air flow and its applicability which will increase diffuser efficiency,
- To calculate steel pipes diameter both in and on the aeration tank according to blower capacity,
- To select the diffuser types according to tank shape,
- To identify the amount of stainless steel adjustable clamps which are used to fix the pipes diffusers fastened to the ground,
- To prepare the key turn projects and quotations of them,

At new projects we are serving as to assembly the pipes, to fix stainless steel clamps and diffusers to the ground, tests of the system and finally commissioning.

Furthermore, at working plants we are maintaining the diffuser systems in order to increase efficiencies of the treatment system. To cleaning of fouled pipes and collectors with using pressurized water is very important for system rehabilitation

Fundemental Steps Of Rehabilitaion (Manintaning ) of the System;

1. Firstly, all diffusers are removed at the module,

2. Then, blind plugs are put on instead of diffusers. Blind plugs are not put on just the last line, in front of the vertical pipe.

3. Water is filled in order to softening sludge into pipes at diffuser modules.

4. After water is filled, Blowers are started and air is pressurized into that module, then softened sludge start go out from last line which was not put on blind plug

5. If the sludge doesn’t go out by using this method, Pipe is cut at an appropriate part for sludge way out. After then, pressurized water exerted into pipe from closest pp saddle to cut part in order to take out sludge from the cut part of pipe.

6. This operation is repeated till to be sure sludge does not remained into pipes.

7. The cut pipes are connected to each other with easy repair clamps.

8. Used diffusers are changed with the new ones.

9. New diffusers are assembled to the pp saddle.

10. The new diffusers are tested with approximately 50-100 cm water high.
